First-Year Experience

First-Year Experience helps students make the transition from high school to university life. We provide every student with a peer mentor who can answer questions. We also host New Student Orientation and the First-Year Arts Card program.

General Education

The General Education program broadens students' understanding of the wold by exposing them to knowledge, idea, and habits of mind that are found in disciplines outside their major studies. To that end, the office of General Education provides students with the tools they need to design their own customized learning pathway through their university career.

Honors Program

The Honors program provides a rich and challenging academic experience for motivated undergraduate students from across the university. Honors students have opportunities to celebrate academic excellence, participate in communities of scholars, develop interdisciplinary thinking skills and build on exclusive academic experiences to achieve a distinctive level of accomplishment at the University.
